Yogurt Parfaits



Here's a simple breakfast treat 
that'll thrill your Kiddos and dazzle your guests! 

It's big on impact 
but small on effort, 
a healthy and celebratory way 
to kick-start 
your Saturday morning fun.

















Yogurt Parfaits


Fruit suggestions (use one, several, or all of these together)
Strawberries     Blackberries     Blueberries     Raspberries
Cantaloupe     Melon     Pineapple     Kiwi     Bananas  
Grapes       Mango     Papaya     Peaches


1.  Use whatever attractive glass bowls or water goblets you have on hand, one per person. 

2.  Layer the following, in whatever proportions that suit your tastes:
  • Fresh fruit, cut up
  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • Granola
  • Fresh fruit, cut up
  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • Granola

3.  Top with another little dollop of yogurt and a slice or two of fresh fruit.


About one 32 oz. container of vanilla yogurt and two cups of granola will make six generous parfaits.
